Hender.AI provides AI consulting, custom AI system development, and ongoing AI management services for businesses. Our services are delivered through a combination of strategy calls, custom builds, and managed ongoing support as outlined in your individual service agreement.
All service scopes, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon in writing before work begins. Nothing is built or launched without your explicit approval.
Hender.AI operates an A2P (Application-to-Person) SMS messaging program for appointment reminders and follow-up communications. By opting in to SMS communications through our website, you agree to the following terms:
Program Description: Hender.AI will send SMS messages including appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages related to your inquiry or booked strategy call.
SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or otherwise transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subprocessors is limited to what is required to deliver SMS messages on our behalf (such as our messaging carrier).
Opting into SMS communications is entirely voluntary and is not required to book a strategy call or engage our services.
By checking the SMS consent box on our booking form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Hender.AI at the phone number you provided. Your consent is captured with a timestamp and stored securely in accordance with A2P 10DLC carrier compliance requirements.

Opt-out requests will be honored immediately. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages after that point. Opting out of SMS does not affect any other communications or your service engagement with Hender.AI.
Strategy calls booked through our website are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or cancelled by either party with reasonable notice. Hender.AI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments and will notify you via email and/or SMS as soon as possible.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the session at our discretion.
All content on hender.ai — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of Hender.AI and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Custom AI systems and automations built for clients remain the intellectual property of Hender.AI until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as outlined in the individual service agreement.
Hender.AI provides services on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or performance results. AI systems are tools — results depend on implementation, usage, and factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hender.AI's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Hender.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
